Manufactured home floor plans can include huge living rooms, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchens with built in stainless steel appliances, huge master suites with retreat areas and walk in closets, sunken family rooms, and utility areas large enough for even the biggest freezer. Master suite bathrooms can include garden tubs, fireplaces and even a space in the built-in cabinets for a large television! You can get just about anything your looking for. If you can think of it, chances are someone makes it.

Depending on the size of your home site, you can choose a single-section or larger multi-section design. Floor plans range in size from 900 to over 2,500 square feet and can be customized to meet your needs and preferences. Home sections can reach up to 80 feet in length - this would require a pretty wide lot.

You can download and print floor plans directly from the manufacturers sites We have listed over 100 manufacturers, we found that they were pretty hard to find and then remember where we found them, so we put them all on one page for you. In most cases you will need a PDF file reader to open these files. If you don't have one, you can download a free PDF file reader here. We download them and print them. Then we can decide which models we want to look at. You will be amazed at what you will find, I know we were. You save a lot of time by doing this ahead of time.

One note of caution though, manufacturer's and specific brands are regional. It can get a bit confusing, so when you find a floor plan that you like, make sure they cover your part of the country.
